How long does it usually take to complete ______?

Depending on the size of the project and communication between me and the client it could take a few days or longer.

How does Payment work?

A:

I use Paypal, Venmo and Cash app for all payment processing. I do not use anything outside of these three payment parties.

How many revisions do i get?

Q:

A:

Each service/project gets 3 revisions where all changes from the tiniest details can be written and submitted. Additional revisions have a fee.

Is there a contract or any paperwork?

A:

Yes, each client receives a contract and an invoice that spells out every detail of the project and expectations from myself and the client.

What files will I get at the end?

A:

At the beginning of any project I ask the client which file types they would like and I make sure to also state that in the contract so any kind!

Do I have to be local and meet you in person?

Q:

A:

Nope! Most of my clients are all over the U.S. We can do everything online thanks to technology! If you are local we can meet or just do everything digitally!

Do you have a payment plan for large projects?

A:

Yes, if it is a large amount and you would like to break it down into monthly payments we can do that.

Where will we be transferring and uploading files?

Q:

A:

I use Google Drive with all my clients, it seems to work for everyone and its live so it saves in a second and exchanging information and files is a breeze!
